Ted Cave is a retired business owner/manager from the manufacturing industry. Ted and Donna have been passionate about Peachland and actively involved in the community since moving here in 1999. Involvement in this project was inspired by his late brother Glen’s advocacy for the mobility challenged.

Janet Hornseth Vice President

Vice President

Janet moved to Peachland in 1984 where she and her husband Stewart Kerr enjoyed raising their two beautiful daughters. She is the gallery coordinator for the Peachland Art Gallery, a director on the Peachland Community Arts Council, a director on the Peachland Wellness Centre Board, as well as a volunteer driver. Janet enjoys their new puppy Scout, skiing, snowshoeing, pickleball and her grandchildren!

Lynne moved to Peachland in 1987, and enjoys Peachland, its citizens and all the visitors we host throughout the year. She has always been interested in Peachland’s tourism industry, what it currently offers for visitors to see, explore, and experience, and working with groups to improve what is offered. She is a Director on the Peachland Community Arts Council and Peachland Lions Club, a member of the Tourism and Economic Development Committee and the Peachland Recovery Task Force.

Keith retired from a lengthy career with the City of Toronto where he served as Director of Human Resources and Director of Management Consulting. After moving to Peachland he became active in community affairs serving as President of the Peachland Wellness Centre, and subsequently two terms as Mayor of Peachland. He is currently a Peachland Councillor and in addition to being a Director of PHAPS is also a Director of the Peachland Seniors Support Society where he is helping to bring a second phase of seniors housing to the community.

Terry is a retired insurance professional and long term Councillor for the District of Peachland. Married to Ann, Terry enjoys motorcycling and skiing.

Ken Klein

Ken Klein

Ken had a 27-year career in Military Transportation and then spent 10 years in various parts of the world as a consultant. He moved to Peachland in 2000 and since has relocated to West Kelowna. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Peachland, Director of the Hwy 97 Task Force, President of Colorada Development Inc and President of his Strata Council. Married to Heather for 51 years.

Deborah Livingstone

Deborah and her husband retired to Peachland from the Coast 20 years ago. They chose Peachland because of its small-town feel – quaint & so friendly & welcoming! Deb returned to her long-lost love of painting and joined the Peachland Art Group as President for 7 years and then became first the Treasurer, then President of the Peachland Community Arts Council, a position she has held for the past 10 years. “We are an active & vibrant group & celebrate all art forms. We run an amazing Art Gallery & Visitor Centre in the Historic School on Beach Ave. Our fervent wish is to share this amazing space with locals & visitors alike.”

Shelley-Sweeny

Shelley Sweeney

Although coming to the Okanagan since the early 60’s, Shelley’s dream of living here came true when she and her husband Steve retired to their dream home in 2010, after 30 years in law enforcement. Currently she is a member of the local Lions club, director on the Arts Council, Chair of the Council’s Tourism Economic Development Committee, and the Recovery Task Force. Both she and her husband keep busy giving back to the community and spending time with family.

Ean Price is the CEO and Founder of ICAN Resource Group Inc., an Okanagan based corporation primarily focused on Digital Design, Accessible Travel, and Assistive Devices. He is a strong advocate for independence through technology.
